Elliot! what happened. After building all that momentum the past few weeks his performances last night were horibble. The song choices as Simon said were the cause of his demise. Paula should be shot for choosing his song! Clive Davis's choices weren't any better. "I believe I can fly" !!??!! He called it a modern day classic, is he crazy? WTF!

Katherine finally had her idol moment with Simons choice "Somewhere over the rainbow". Taylor on the other hand had three strong performances, and was the only one who chose a song which the judges thought was perfect for their voice.

So there you have it..... Taylor and Katherine. Who is it going to be? BTW Taylor has never been in the bottom EVER! Looks like America really likes him. May 25 is the big day....

Another one bites the dust

Sad news for Chris Daughtry fans out there. Chris was the latest contestant to be ousted. I personally thought he would be one of the final two. Though i did think his song choices last night could have been better. I think he was being a bit over confident, and I'm sure he thought he was going to be in the final 2.

On a lighter note, I thought Elliot Yamin and Taylor Hicks were amazing!! They really brought it last night. Elliots rendition of 'Trouble' was my favourite performance of the night. WoW this guy can really sing, and he showed so much personality which made him connect with the audience more. I think he will be in the final 2 for sure. America loves the underdogs, and Elliot is definitley a favourite as he keeps improving week after week.

Taylors song choices were spot on but my personal favourite was favourite was 'Jailhouse Rock'. He really knows how to work the crowd. Katherine Mcphee on the other hand was having an off night. I liked her mashup of 'Hound Dog' and 'All shook up' but it wasn't one of her better performances.

My choices for final two are Elliot and Taylor. Good luck guys!
